   Guess that should be the format compatibility issue. This is from the Betterestore site that sells this product: Supports the following formats: DVD/DivX/XviD/VCD/CD/CD-G/PictureCD/MP3/HDCD/SVCD/CD-R/CD+R/RW/JPEG
