Got this as a gift. Looks great on the outside, but in reality it’s a piece of junk. The manual is terrible – even something as simple as putting the battery in the remote is ambiguous. Needless to say I couldn’t get the remote to work, so tried tuning in the TV manually – no luck there either. Even tried to put a DVD in, and the DVD slot would not open.Called customer service – stayed on the line 20 minutes first attempt, and then was told via automatic message to call back later. Decided to give it another go, and this time got through to a customer service person after another 20 mins – they were of zero help. I’m guessing they are there for show only – I thought the guy was going to walk me through setting the thing up – instead he just said it must be broken, so take it back to the store. Ah well – get what you pay for.

It was easy to order, got here fast and it works great. Recommended Amazon to a friend but the price went up so I guess you have to act fast to get the best deal. The Viore PLCD10V59 10.2 inch Portable Widescreen TV with built in DVD player has so many features. Thanks Amazon.

Very impressed with this product thus far. Seem to be very well made. The unit control buttoms are very well placed and the remote is well featured and works well. Screen resolution is great as well as the sound. First out of the box setup was a breeze and reseption is excellant. Only thing I can suggest if you by this unit is to invest in an antenna with longer cable. The exist antenna seems to work fine but the length is a little short. Other than that I would have no problem suggesting this unit to anyone. Great product.

No issues after 60 days of use. I use this for the DVD and presentation only. DVD slider mechanisim does seem flimsy so I am very careful just in case. The buttons are a strange set up. Also, as other reviewers had written, it is a pain to operate the DVD- no eject unless in that mode and works better through remote which can be akward. I use this to present on tabletop by hooking the usb into my laptop which allows for two screens opposite each other on the table- very slick for this app.

pix quality is great, i can pick up to 22 channels, dvd is great almost blu-ray quality,
